  • http://www.honeyandcheese.com Rebekah {honeyandcheese}

    Cut off the end of the onion, so you have a flat section. Then make several deep cuts in the flat section, turn it 90 degrees and make deep cuts crosswise over the previous ones. Then turn the onion on its side and slice through it and the diced (or minced, depending on how close your cuts are) pieces will fall right off.

    I would LOVE to learn how to make your delicious Caesars Salad, it is the BEST! Every time we go to Vegas, my husband and I reserve an evening to go to Maggiano’s as it is one of the highlights of our trips. We always eat too much but we have to enjoy as much as we can because there isn’t a Maggiano’s in Nebraska (so sad). So if you’d share your Caesar Salad recipe that would make our Nebraska lives a little better ;-)
