Spring Vegetable Risotto & Grilled Shrimp

Pizza and beer is a typical pairing in both Italy and the U.S., but there are many other combinations! As the weather heats up many people begin moving their cooking from inside on the stove to the outside patio on the grill! Come in and try our delicious spring feature where we pair the grill with risotto, an Italian classic. This dish consists of Italian Carnoroli rice, cooked with saffron, asparagus, leeks, carrots, yellow and red peppers, peas and topped with a lemon and truffle fonduata and grilled shrimp. Pairs deliciously with the Italian beers, Peroni and Moretti, Stella Artois or even any one of your favorite light beers!
