Bombay Sapphire Recipe & Contest

To finish up this week on refreshing note, we’re going to leave you with this cocktail—French 75.  Watch Milo Rodriguez, U.S. Master Mixologist for Bombay Sapphire make the perfect Sapphire French 75!

1/2 part freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 part simple syrup
Top with champagne

Shake the first three ingredients with ice and strain into a champagne flute. Top with chilled champagne.

    When I dining at Maggiano’s my favorite gin cocktail is a Negroni – 4 part Bombay Sapphire, 2 parts Compari, and 1 part Sweet Vermouth – served with a twist of orange rind
