Bryce’s Make-A-Wish Celebration

by Jim Nuzzo, Naperville, IL | Written on June 10, 2011

Writing to you today from our Naperville restaurant, I had to share with you details about a special event we hosted recently for our restaurant’s Make-A-Wish child, Bryce, and his family. Six-year-old Bryce wished to go to Disney World and train as a Jedi Knight to play out the part of Obi-Wan and battle Darth Vadar!

As you can see from the pictures, Bryce is just adorable! A charming, happy, positive little boy, he had a huge smile to share with everyone the entire evening. Bryce was so excited to see his table decked out in a “Star Wars” theme and couldn’t wait to experience the real thing at Disney World! A special thanks to our team here in Naperville for helping host this send-off party for Bryce!

You too can help the Make-A-Wish Foundation grant a child’s wish by ordering any dish from our Eat-A-Dish for Make-A-Wish menu available until June 29 at Maggiano’s near you.

Bryce with our General Manager Brian Moffitt and my Sous Chef Izzy Sanchez.

This is Bryce and his brother Weston playing out a Star Wars fight scene with their lightsabers!

we are a regular customer @ Naperville Maggianos. However, the last visit was terrible because there was a broken glass on our calamari w/c the manager mark said was from the packaging. he gave us a discount of 2%. he did not really want to do anything for the customer because he is profit driven. then the worst happened when we ordered salad to go: they forgot the dressing. again, the manager mark did not want to do anything because he said we ordered what we want and he can only give us a credit for the salad because they forgot to put give the salad dressing. mark is not a good store manager. if they dont get rid of him we will completely stop going to maggianos.
