Orecchiette with Chicken Sausage

I originally created this dish in Chicago and called it “country style” orecchiette—referring to the rustic flavors of sausage, Swiss chard, sun-dried tomatoes and garlic. The orecchiette pasta, what I like to call small discs, are the perfect shape to hold the sauce. This is a simple, straightforward dish and I hope you come in to try this Eat-A-Dish for Make-A-Wish special!
