Come in and try a taste of Italy meets the Pacific Northwest! I created this dish in a cookoff during our Bellevue opening. I combined the great flavors of Italy with our fresh fish in the Seattle area to create a delicious summer entree.

Balsamic Glazed Salmon

Seared and baked on cedar paper with balsamic, marsala, honey and herbs with Mediterranean style orzo
