I created this dish many years ago as one of the first dishes that combines a protein and pasta onto one plate! We are known for our large portions and a la carte options that are meant for sharing, but this dish is made as an individual entree with everything you need all on one plate. Enjoy!

Herb and parmesan-crusted chicken over angel hair pasta with artichokes, garlic and tomatoes in a light lemon butter sauce

    I find it interesting that this guy touched raw chicken with a gloved left hand.  Then, without removing or changing the glove, he proceeded to touch everything else – utensils, dishes, and most of the other food (including the cooked chicken) – with the same gloved hand he used to handle the raw chicken… ugh!!  This was unacceptable hygiene and suggests that one may not want to frequent Maggiano’s ever again.

    Hi Steve,
    We take sanitation very seriously. In-between cuts, which you do not see, the chef changed gloves for the rest of the preparation of this dish. He did however, touch the untensil once but this utensil was washed directly after because it was only used for this demonstration. Thank you for your concern and we appreciate your candid feedback.

    Had this last year when this was a featured dish. Have to say it is our all-time favorite. Each time we special request it, our local Maggiano’s staff delivers! Is there a print version of this recipe?
