Strawberry Shortcake
Handmade semolina shortcake, fresh strawberries and whipped cream topped with a lemon and vanilla bean glaze

Puttanesca Spaghetti with Shrimp or Calamari
Pan-seared marinated shrimp tossed with spaghetti and a zesty tapenade of red peppers, tomatoes, olives, fresh herbs, garlic and olive oil

Chicken Romano
Herb and parmesan-crusted chicken over angel hair pasta with artichokes, garlic and tomatoes in a light lemon butter sauce

Balsamic Glazed Salmon
Seared and baked on cedar paper with balsamic, marsala, honey and herbs with Mediterranean style orzo

    Omgoodness! I LOVE Maggiano’s Little Italy! My boyfriend and I go there ALL the time! It’s our favorite restaurant! The New Fettuccine dish and Chicken Romano dish sound Amazing!! We’re definitely going to go in to try these new dishes. I can’t wait!

    I visited the Southpoint Mall Maggiono’s in NC for the first time on my birthday in July 2011.  The food was awesome and I enjoyed the atmosphere.  There was so much to choose from and now there seems to be even more.  My only wish was that there was real grated parmesan cheese served on top of the pasted.  The cheese shaker that you see at pizza parlors does no justice to the quality of food the chef puts out of the kitchen.
