Peach Fuzz

Start this weekend off right with a refreshing cocktail, perfect for a hot summer evening! This recipe was submitted by one of our readers, Jean, so please give it a try and let us know what you think of it.

3 large, ripe peaches
3/4 Cup sugar (more/less to taste)
2 Cans of frozen lemonade concentrate
1 3/4 Can (use lemonade can) of your favorite vodka or rum

1. Peel peaches. Remove and discard pits.
2. Cut into large chunks.
3. Put all of the ingredients in a blender and pulverize.
4. You can create the mix ahead of time, so when you are ready, combine half of the peach mixture and fill the blender up halfway with ice. Blend until smooth and enjoy!

At our place, we are known for our Peach Bellini, so thank  Jean for bringing us a new drink with a tangy twist!

    Do you use a 6oz. or 12oz. can of lemonade? I make a similar drink, but without the added sugar.
