Maggiano’s will donate $1 to Make a Wish Foundation from menu items…including a .50 cent glass of lemonade! Ok, this is a win win…I spend .50 cents and Make a Wish receives $1 :)

Just FYI: the Lemonade does not cost 50 cents… I wish! Maggiano’s donates 50 cents per Lauren’s Lemonade, rather than $1 like for the special menu items.

While we already donate to Make a Wish, we support your restaurant by participating in these great donation opportunities every time we hear about them!

My son was diagnosed with a cancerous brain tumor two weeks before his 16th birthday. He underwent brain surgery,  many months of chemo and radiation, and now thank goodness he is in remission. The medical bills were outragous even with insurance. We spent many weeks in the hospital do to complications. My son was granted a wish from the “Make A Wish Foundation”. After almost a year of isolation from his friends/school mates he is healing and preparing to go to Hawaii for his wish. It has been his motivation to gain weight before he goes, he lost 20 1bs,down to 92lbs of pure skin and bones. We appreciate those who support Make A Wish Foundation, the business like Maggiano’s, and the people who go there and select the items on the Make A Wish Menu List. Our family can’t thank you enough!!!

Dang! There isn’t one in Oregon! I love Tiramisu!

Can someone please tell me the recipe for the lemonade? I had it last month at Maggianos and it was SO good, but since I live 3+ hours away from a Maggianos, it isn’t likely that I’ll have it again any time soon! Thanks!

Had the Fresh Shrimp, Crab tossed in the Lemon Vinaigrette with crunchy red peppers, onions, and chives mixed with arugula and smoked bacon served on seasoned California avocado slices for lunch while my husband had his usual spaghetti and meat sauce.  The portion size was PERFECT and oh so tasty!.  Thanks to Lizzie. our delightful waitress at Short Pump for suggesting the salad.  She is a woman after my own heart!

Going to Maggiano’s today.   I’m happy we can participate in Make-A-Wish to help out even a little.
