Here’s some “pinteresting” news for the Pinterest fans out there: we’re back and we’re giving away one $100 Maggiano’s gift card to a lucky “pinner” each week now through March 4th, 2013!

All you have to do is:

1.  Visit our Maggiano’s Little Italy pinboard
2.  Repin your favorite beverage recipe on your board;
3.  Mention us @Maggiano’s Little Italy with hashtag #MaggianosHappyHour in the description of your repin.
4.  And that’s it! We’ll announce a random winner every Monday!

    2 bottles red Italian table wine
    1 cup brandy
    1/2 cup triple sec
    1 cup orange juice
    1 cup pomegranate juice
    1/2 cup simple syrup, or more to taste (equal parts sugar and water, heated until sugar dissolves, cooled)
    Orange slices
    Apple slices
    Pomegranate seeds

    Directions: Mix all ingredients together and let stand in a tightly
    sealed container or pitcher for at least 24 hours in the refrigerator
    before serving.

    Midori Sour
    A delicious recipe for Midori Sour, with Midori ® melon
    liqueur, whisky sour mix, Sprite ® soda and cherries.

    1 oz Midori ®
    melon liqueur
    1 oz whisky sour mix
    2 oz Sprite ® soda
    2 cherries

    Fill a highball glass with ice. Add the midori, sour mix and sprite,
    give a quick stir, and add cherries.

    This drink is most often served in a
    Highball Glass

    Mix equal parts of Rumchata and egg nog:) I call it “Rumnogchata:) Perfect for the holidays and can be servered warm or cold:)

    Pineapple juice
    Orange juice
    Guava juice
    Ginger ale
    Light rum
    Orange slices and cherries
    Add all ingredients but ginger ale into a punch bowl. Add ginger ale and stir. Add oranges and cherries for garnish.

    2C. Orange juice
    2C. Guava juice
    1/4 C. Grenadine
    1 liter Ginger Ale
    2 C. Light Rum
    Orange slices and cherries

    1 1/2 oz vodka3/4 oz creme de banane or banana liqueur3/4 oz creme de cacaobanana slice for garnish
    Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.Shake well.Strain into a well-chilled cocktail glass.Garnish with a banana slice (more garnish ideas above).

    French Martini With Champagne
    1.5 oz. vodka .5 oz. Chambord .5 oz. pineapple juice Champagne
    Combine the vodka, Chambord, and pineapple juice with ice in a cocktail shaker, and shake briskly. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Top off with Champagne, and garnish with a lemon peel. For an added touch, sugar half the rim of the glass.
