At Maggiano’s, we believe every guest deserves to enjoy fresh, made-from-scratch food served in abundance. If you or any of your guests have an allergy or dietary restriction, please inform your server and our Chefs will be happy to accommodate your needs. Here are some of our Chef’s favorite gluten free preparations.

“One of our most requests for gluten free dishes are our Baked Ziti and Grilled Chicken Breast with Broccolini and Grilled Tomatoes; Fresh Fruit Plate; Grilled Vegetable Plate; and Grilled Salmon Lemon & Herb.”

“Our menu has a few items that are gluten free like Tomato Caprese, Beef Tenderloin Medallions without the crispy onions, and Crème Brulee. Here are a few items we have made for guests:
-With 24 hour notice, I have made a crustless cheesecake;
-Grilled Salmon Lemon & Herbs on a bed of sautéed spinach, without the orzo;
-The Bowtie Aglio –  substitute gluten free pasta is a pretty good dish;
-Chocolate Sambuca Mouse, [Chocolate Zuccotto Cake filling] with whipped cream and toasted almonds;
-Grilled Chicken Tomato Basil without the orzo;
- and Steak, NY or Filet, Contadina style if the potatoes are baked or omitted.”

    Great gluten free options, however I think that brown rice or quinoa pasta is a better choice than corn pasta. Many people still have corn allergies as well.

    Celiac and corn allergies? That stinks. What would be great if the pasta was non-gmo.

    Having gluten-free options are great, it would be better if that were combined with dairy free as well. Many people with celiac or gluten intolerance also have trouble digesting dairy and egg. :)
