You love it and we love it too – Our Famous Rigatoni “D.” Our Chefs were inspired to take the flavors we love in Rigatoni “D” and stuff it in a jumbo pasta shell. Nothing could ever replace Rigatoni “D,” but these jumbo stuffed shells are a real treat for “Rig D” lovers. Stuffed shells are traditionally found in southern Italy. Their shape, size and consistency are the perfect vessel for bold, rich fillings and flavorful sauces.
Baked pastas, or “pastas al forno” as they are called in Italy, date back to the Renaissance when baked pastas were served at the banquets of nobles. These dishes were an invitation for the chef to display their creativity. And so, a take on our most iconic dish – our Rigatoni “D” – is the perfect opportunity for our chefs to showcase their creativity and serve our distinguished guests.
