    Hi there!
It does require a lot of butter to make 9 servings. Other substitutes like margarine, applesauce, greek yogurt, and lard may be suitable.

I LOVE THIS – Get it everytime I go. Which unfortunately hasn’t been since I’ve moved. But I’ve got that itch even if I have to go alone I’ll be at one within the month :-)

I love your Apple Crostada and would like to make it at home. But I have a question. The dough recipe looks like it will make 10 4 oz. crostatas, but the filling recipe calls for only 3 apples. Is this correct? It seems like the crostatas at the restaurant have more filling.
    Thanks.
