Little Italy Favorites: Stuffed Pastas

Choose from the Casoncelli with Four-Cheese & Ham, Chicken & Mushroom Stuffed Shells, Smoked Brisket Cannelloni or the Paccheri Amatriciana. Some may find the Stuffed Shells and Paccheri familiar from before the holidays and those who didn’t try it they will be thrilled with the flavors.

We’ve never used shaved black truffles before and we’re excited to introduce them in the Casoncelli with Four-Cheese & Ham, which is our take on an indulgent Mac & Cheese. The Fontina cheese and smoked Nueske ham finish the flavor profile as a perfect winter dish.

The Smoked Brisket Cannelloni represents the evolution of the award-winning Braised Beef Cannelloni that many remember from the past. It’s a little more modern, using natural smoking techniques and on-trend ingredients, such as butternut squash and Swish chard.

All of the dishes were designed as indulgent pastas that are time-consuming to create at home. Stuffed Shells are great for the Rigatoni D lover and the Paccheri has a fun story as the “garlic smuggler,” in addition to its great flavor. Finish any of them off with the warm Lemon Semolina Cake, and Guests can’t go wrong.

So while the holidays may be over, and it’s still cold in most places, at Maggiano’s we’re still in that warm and generous spirit.
