Brian is from Cleveland and has been with Maggiano’s for four years.  He first wanted to become a Chef in his late teens working as a busser in a restaurant.  He was very intrigued by the pace and excitement of the kitchen.  Brian is inspired by happy guests in a busy dining room and he loves working with a lot of different personalities all focused on the goal of making great food.

One of Brian’s most memorable experiences as a Chef was when he made breakfast for 30 members of his staff and their families to celebrate their five years of employment.  His favorite dessert is maple ice cream, and at Maggiano’s he loves the Stuffed Chicken Fontina.
