Favorite Maggiano’s dish: Chicken Saltimbocca
Cesar Jimenez started with Maggiano’s in 1998 at NorthPark in Texas before becoming the Executive Chef in Boca Raton. Cesar loves being a Chef because of the many new challenges that he tackles every day in creating new dishes and running a kitchen. He also enjoys being able to satisfy the guest and development of Chefs. When Cesar gets the chance to dine at Maggiano’s, his favorite dish is the Chicken Saltimbocca. Cesar also enjoys cooking Mexican cuisine and growing up he loved his mother’s roast chicken with a mole sauce. Outside of being a Chef, his passion is playing music and appreciating art.
