Daniel Grice has been a Chef at Maggiano’s for a year and a half.  Daniel has worked in kitchens since he was 12 years old and he went to school at Paul Smiths College.  He has wanted to be a Chef since he was 13, when he used to watch cooking shows on PBS.  At home Daniel likes to eat macaroni and cheese, and his favorite Maggiano’s dish is the Baked Ziti.  His favorite cookbook right now is Charcuterie by Michael Ruhlman.  Grice loves making cured meats and salted fish, because it makes him feel like a pioneer.
