David started his career with Maggiano’s in 2002 as a pantry cook at the Denver Pavilions. Since then, he has traveled to numerous locations as a trainer and was recently promoted to Executive Chef. When David is not running the kitchen at Maggiano’s, he enjoys working on cars, tending to his garden, wine tasting and everything Colorado has to offer outdoors. David is excited to start his new position as the Executive Chef and being able to coach and develop some of the same teammates that taught him at the beginning of his career. When eating out, David usually orders multiple small plates to be able to taste and share new dishes.
