Deborah is from El Paso, Texas and has been a Chef at Maggiano’s for five years.  She is inspired by her mother and father, and enjoys going to the market to see what is available when coming up with new dishes. If she could learn one new culinary skill it would be sugar art and her favorite kitchen tool is her immersion blender because it makes everything from drinks to sauces. At home Deborah likes to eat tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwiches, but when eats at Maggiano’s she enjoys the Chopped Salad and the Chicken and Spinach Manicotti. When asked where she sees herself in 5-10 years, Deborah responded, “Still Cooking, perhaps owning a taco stand on the beach.”
