Eric has worked at many of our Maggiano’s restaurants, starting as the Sous Chef in Costa Mesa, Executive Sous in Denver and back to California to become the Executive Chef at 3 of our locations before arriving in Scottsdale. He enjoys cooking at home with his kids, Elijah and Caleb, boating and fishing when he is not working. At home he makes fresh pasta, cooking wild game and fresh fish, ice cream and beer.
