Francie was born and raised in the Chicago suburbs and has been with Maggiano’s for over sixteen years.  Her favorite dishes are the Four Cheese Ravioli and the Tiramisu, which after tasting was the reason she wanted to work at Maggiano’s.  Growing up, Francie was inspired by all of the women in her family because they are such great cooks and bakers.  Francie is most proud of the Boston Cream Pie she created, which took her three years to perfect,  and became a special on rotation.  As a Chef, she loves the instant gratification she gets from seeing the empty plates coming into the kitchen, and that fact that every day is different.
