Jeff is from Rockford, Illinois and was a Chef at Maggiano’s for eight years, left for three and has been back for a year. He attended Kendall College in Evanston and has worked in restaurants since he was 15. Growing up, Jeff was exposed to cooking at an early age and would watch his grandma cook on holidays, helping out whenever he could. As a Chef, Jeff loves the instant gratification he gets when he sees the dining room, knowing that his team’s hard work is paying off with happy guests. When Jeff is not at Maggiano’s he enjoys simple food, and always loves a home-cooked meal, especially when someone else cooks it! His favorite Maggiano’s dish is the marinara over shell pasta.
