Jim is from South Philadelphia where he began his career in the restaurant industry as a busboy while he attended art school.  He was able to watch the Chefs and believed he could combine his love for food with his art background to become a Chef.  Jim went to the Restaurant School of Philadelphia and has been with Maggiano’s for eight years.  Jim really enjoys cooking with seafood because it can be altered into any type of cuisine. He loves the challenge of what each day brings, as well as watching the expression on people’s faces when they eat his food. Jim’s favorite dish at Maggiano’s is the Baked Ziti because it reminds him of his mom’s home cooking.
