Jim was born and raised in New Jersey. He started as a young teen and honed his skills training with talented chefs and restaurateurs in the NY metro area. Ultimately, he had the good fortune to be able to work and dine daily with his wife, four children and parents at our Jersey Shore restaurant and banquet hall. Jim’s favorite part of our menu are our desserts, especially served as the finish to a wonderful family-style meal. This approach to hospitality is what originally attracted Jim to Maggiano’s; the affinity of sharing food and wine; a kindred communion, our common ground.
