Kevin went to part time school but mostly learned from working with great leaders and his mom had a big part to do with teaching him. He gets inspiration for new dishes from tasting, talking to people, magazines and reading cookbooks. Kevin enjoys the satisfaction of making people feel great about where they came to eat. French toast was his favorite meal growing up that his mother made and his favorite types of cuisines to eat are Indian and Thai food.
