Leo Walsh is from Tucker, Georgia and has been with Maggiano’s for over thirteen and a half years. He has always loved food and worked in restaurants, and made the decision to become a Chef when he was a sophomore in college. Leo gets his inspiration from seasonal availability and looking at food trends and putting his own personal twist on them. He loves that as a Chef he gets to create new dishes and build strong relationships with his teammates. Walsh’s favorite meal growing up was spaghetti and meatballs, and Rigatoni D is his favorite dish at Maggiano’s.
