Michael Watson is from Tinley Park, Illinois and graduated from the Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago. Michael has been with Maggiano’s since 2000, when he started as a line cook and has now been an Executive Chef for four years. His favorite memories as a Chef include the Festa Italiana Demo, where each year he gets to showcase Maggiano’s food in an on stage cooking demo in front of hundreds of people. When dining at Maggiano’s, Michael’s favorite dish is the Baked Ziti. His favorite recipe from family is his mom’s Easter Chicken. Outside of work, Michael enjoys playing the guitar.
