Paolo Pineda has been with the company for more than six years.  His relationship with the restaurant began when the best man at his wedding – who worked at Maggiano’s – referred Pineda for a position at the Durham, N.C. location. Born in the Philippines, Pineda moved to the United States in 1984 and graduated from culinary school in Manhattan. In his spare time, Pineda enjoys working on cars and camping. When he’s not spending time with his wife, Lisa, and his two daughters, Olivia and Lena, Pineda enjoys cooking at home and reading food magazines and food science books.
