Paul is from Orange County and has been a Chef at Maggiano’s for three and a half years.  His inspiration to become a Chef came from his Sicilian Grandmother, who had a passion for making people feel special through her cooking.  When asked what some of his most memorable experiences as a Chef are, Paul responded, “Being a part of a team that won Restaurant of the Year by the Orange County Concierge Association, being selected to partner with some high profile chefs and the March of Dimes at their Chef Auction the past two years representing Maggiano’s. Most of all, working with and developing some passionate and motivated cooks and Chefs that will one day become great Executive Chefs”.
