Rodolphe started in 2005 as of Sous Chef and promoted to Executive Sous Chef in 2008. He also travelled to help out temporarily at our Las Vegas and Bellevue restaurants. Rodolphe was recently promoted to Executive Chef in May of 2011.Rodolphe was born and raised in Queens, NYC and grew up in a restaurant family and has always had a passion for cooking. Initially he became a F.A.A. certified aircraft mechanic and my dream was to work on commercial aircraft. Having no luck finding an entry level position in the field, he decided to follow my heart and make a career out of culinary arts. Outside of work, Rodolphe enjoys spending time in his man cave, reading up on the latest trends in culinary arts and housework because it is relaxing. When cooking at home, Rodolphe cooks anything that isn’t Italian, but enjoys Southeast Asian or Mexican cuisine when dining out.
