Ron is from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He first realized that he wanted to be a Chef at the age of sixteen, working as a busboy in a hotel. Fazio attended the Philadelphia Restaurant School and has been a Chef at Maggiano’s for six years. He loves seeing the guests’ reactions when he delivers unexpected surprises to make them feel special. As a child growing up, Ron’s favorite meal was lasagna and breaded veal cutlet that his mom made him, which still is a birthday tradition! His favorite dish at Maggiano’s is the New York Steak al Forno. Ron had the chance to travel to France, but would love to visit Italy so he can learn how to cook Italian in the old world.
