Anthony Fazio was born and raised in Buffalo, New York and has been with Maggiano’s for eight years. He says that the best part about being a Chef is being able to see a finished product that can be shared with others. Fazio gets inspiration for new dishes from reading books and magazines, watching food television programs, and loves dining at restaurants with different cultural backgrounds. When Anthony is at home, he enjoys eating homemade pizzas baked on a stone, with fresh dough, garden fresh tomatoes and herbs. At Maggiano’s, he loves the dishes with our house made marinara and the Tiramisu.
